We want you to be genuinely satisfied with anything you buy from Verlume. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund of the item price.

To start a return, use the Return Request form linked from your account or order confirmation email with your order number. We will confirm the return and provide instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5-7 business days.
